All crops are biologic and are good for health and the environment. The soils retain and improve over time their characteristics and the products are healthier and better in nutrients. Despite the lower production, biologic farming is more profitable and convenient to companies operating in the short chain, either to companies exporting to other countries, thanks to the listing on the market (+ 30% compared with conventional crops) and thanks to the growing contributions that bio receives for its environmental value.
